Background: A Swedish national with over 30 years of experience in senior positions at various Medtech companies, including BOC Ohmeda, Novo Nordisk, Scimed and Boston Scientific. Founder of several Medtech ventures and in 1996 co-founded JOMED, an innovative European interventional cardiology company, achieving the largest global Medtech IPO in 2000. Joined Occlutech in 2005 and held the position as President & CEO from 2009 to 2017 and Co-CEO from 2018 to 2020.

Pascale Brasseur

Background: 25 years of experience in health economics, outcomes research and reimbursement policy within the healthcare industry, with a unique perspective gained from working in both the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors. Among other experiences, a 15-year tenure at Medtronic leading market access activities for Cardiovascular in the EMEA Region and for Spine at a global level.
Johan Sundell
CFO since 2023.
Education: Master of Science BA, Business Management from Lund University in Lund, Sweden.
Background: 25 years of experience in leading roles in finance with companies like BE Group Sverige and Brio AB. Most recently, Johan held the role as CFO of Caldic Nordics, a global solutions provider for innovative and sustainable solutions in life science and specialty chemicals.
Jose de la Cortina

Education: Science Degree in Medical Biology from Université du Québec in Trois-Rivières, Canada, and a Commerce Degree in International Business from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
Background: 23 years of experience in the industry at Baylis Medical as a critical contributor to the huge success story of Baylis Medical that was acquired by Boston Scientific for 1.75 B USD$, by driving commercialization into the USA, Japan, Europe, and many other regions.

Background: 24 years of international experience in Operations and Research & Development of medical devices. Among other experiences as Head of Shoulder Development at Mathys Ltd. Bettlach in Germany and Switzerland.
Morwan Choli

Education: Ph.D in Physics from Julius-Maximilian University Wuerzburg and Scientific background in Magnetic Resonance Imaging in cooperation with Forschungszentrum für Magnet-Resonanz-Bayern e.V. (MRB e.V) , Kopfklinik at University Hospital Heidelberg and St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis.
Background: Extensive experience in regulatory certification processes in cooperation with different EU Notified Bodies. Has acted in several management roles and been responsible for an implantable device certification department in Germany as well as an overall medical device testing and certification division in Japan and Asia, supporting global medical device manufacturers.

Worked for global companies including DFDS, Stora Enso and Geodis Wilson. For the past 10 years Olga held the role of IT director at Volvo Cars leading digitalization of Finance and Logistics departments on a global level

Led the development and registration of Class III medical devices and supported companies in MDR transition, CE mark renewals, and regulatory compliance. Founder of Prem R&D Consulting and CERES Healthcare Technologies, with a strong focus on healthcare innovation.
