Background: Over 15 years of experience from the Biotech/Med-tech industry, among others from supporting the foundation of several successful start-ups within the research center and incubator “Caesar” in Bonn. Co-founding the biotech company Biosensor/SAW Instruments GmbH in 2007 (sold 2013).

Background: 25 years of experience in health economics, outcomes research and reimbursement policy within the healthcare industry, with a unique perspective gained from working in both the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors. Among other experiences, a 15-year tenure at Medtronic leading market access activities for Cardiovascular in the EMEA Region and for Spine at a global level.

Background: Practicing cardiologist with more than 25 years of experience combining expertise in interventional cardiology and heart failure. Research and innovation track in biologic and device-based interventions in heart failure and structural heart disease. Published more than 300 peer-reviewed articles as well as serves in editorial boards of several cardiovascular journals.

(MRB e.V) , Kopfklinik at University Hospital Heidelberg and St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis.

Background: Extensive experience in regulatory certification processes in cooperation with different EU Notified Bodies. Has acted in several management roles and been responsible for an implantable device certification department in Germany as well as an overall medical device testing and certification division in Japan and Asia, supporting global medical device manufacturers.

Worked for global companies including DFDS, Stora Enso and Geodis Wilson. For the past 10 years Olga held the role of IT director at Volvo Cars leading digitalization of Finance and Logistics departments on a global level
