Occlutech Holding AG, a leading specialist provider in minimally invasive structural heart devices, is strengthening its organization ahead of continued expansion and has recruited three new members to the Group Management Team; Anders Clemensson (VP Supply Chain), Frank Dallmann (VP R&D) and Jannie Hestehave (VP People & Culture).

Anders Clemensson (VP Supply Chain). Anders, born in 1963, holds a MSc. in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden and has more than 20 years of international experience in Supply Chain and Operations Management. Anders has among others experience as Supply Chain Director at Mölnlycke Health Care, COO at OneMed and Head of Operations within AssaAbloy.
Frank Dallmann (VP Research & Development). Frank, born in 1969, holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design and Product development from the Technical University in Dresden, Germany and has more than 20 years of international experience in Research and Development of medical devices. Among other experiences Frank has been Head of Shoulder Development at Mathys Ltd. Bettlach in Germany and Switzerland.
Jannie Hestehave (VP People & Culture). Jannie, born in 1961, holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration from AVT Business School in Copenhagen, Denmark and has previously been Global HR Director Clinical Diagnostics Division for Thermo Fisher Scientific, HR Director, Nordics & Baltics at Experian, HR Director Nordics at Alcon, VP & Head of Group HR within Clipper Group and HR Manager Denmark & Head of Talent Management Nordics & Baltics at Alcatel (later acquired by Nokia).
